Since today, February 13, is yet ANOTHER SNOW DAY FOR US HERE IN ILLINOIS (*squees like a fan girl*), I'm hoping to have chapter 13 complete and sent to my beta by the end of the day! I thought I'd give you guys a quick update on the progress of the new chapter, so yeah!
Well, chapter 13 is actually finished. Yes, it is actually fully complete, but I don't like it. I mean, really, I do not like it. There's something missing and I am desperately trying to figure it out as we speak. I've read it over and over again and I am just not satisfied with it. Hopefully I will be able to figure out what's wrong with it by 9:45 am because that is when I am going to get some Panera soup with my friends :o) I think I will... I just need some time to re-read it.
I'm very excited for chapter 14 though.
WARNING: CHAPTER 13 ENDS WITH AN UNSATISFACTORY ENDING (aka things are left unsolved)!!!!
The ending to chapter 13 will no doubt not satisfy many of my readers, but it is just how it is. No getting around it. However, chapter 14 will definietly make up for it. I've had one scene written for a while, and I'm very excited to get it out and into the fanfiction circuit.
Anyway, that's all I'm going to write for now. If I end up sending chapter 13 to my beta before I leave, then I will post a quick message alerting you guys.
And if chapter 13 isn't up by Friday, I'm going to be posting a snippet, so look for that.
